Beginning as a patrol officer, Gary held investigative and supervisory assignments in the polygraph, training, vice & narcotics units, and with Federal gang and organized crime task forces where he held a Top Secret Federal clearance and conducted long-term complex investigations of violent crime and drug trafficking organizations in conjunction with Federal and State agencies. There he gained expertise in conducting Title III wiretap investigations and physical and electronic surveillance, risk management assessments and undercover operations and providing expert testimony
